Reviews and Ratings
We had a fun holiday at the chalet, which was clean and set in a well-kept area. The staff was great, and there was plenty of entertainment for all ages, but our overall experience felt a bit mixed due to some areas needing improvement, especially cleanliness and maintenance in certain spots. The swimming pool was a definite highlight, warm and inviting for the kids.
I was really looking forward to our stay, but it turned out to be a mixed bag. While the room we got was clean and modern, we had some issues with noise and uncomfortable mattresses. It's a decent value if you're willing to overlook a few things, but definitely not without its downsides.
I had a very challenging experience at this park hotel, with a lot of issues that made the stay quite disappointing. While the location is quite good, being near the beach, the accommodation itself was far from ideal, with cleanliness being a major concern. The facilities were lacking, and overall, I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families looking for a pleasant holiday.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the check-in process was speedy and the staff members, especially Hayley and Hugh, were very helpful, the accommodation itself felt outdated, and the mattress quality could use some improvement. The entertainment was excellent, which we loved, but the overall facilities left something to be desired. Unfortunately, it was frustrating to have to deal with issues like incorrect bedding and check-in chaos, which really took away from the experience. Overall, a decent stay but not without challenges.
My stay at Brean Pontins was pretty disappointing, to say the least. While the entertainment for kids was a hit, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the site were shockingly poor. Check-in was chaotic, and the room itself left much to be desired. Despite the low price point, I genuinely felt like I didn't get my money's worth due to the condition of the facilities and service.
